The pressure pump is used to pressurize the balloon catheter in the blood vessel and various balloons in the lumen in various interventional operations, so as to expand the balloon to achieve the purpose of expanding the blood vessel, treating stenosis, fixation or archive other purposes, for example for the purpose of anterior expansion and posterior expansion in the process of implant a stent in the blood vessel.
At present, in clinical percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), balloon catheter pressure pump is widely used to expand or contract the balloon of balloon expansion catheter. It can fill the balloon with liquid or contrast agent according to needs, so as to change the balloon pressure and shape, expand the balloon, detect the pressure in the balloon and contract the balloon in the process of balloon expansion. When in use, the pressure pump pressurizes and injects the contrast medium or normal saline solution into the affected part of the patient's cardiovascular disease, and closely monitors the surgical treatment process through DSA equipment; If the stent placement is continued, the contrast agent can also be used to pressurize and relieve the used balloon through the pressure pump to expand and place the stent, so as to expand blood vessels or release the stent. The selection and use of pressure pump need to consider the maximum pressure of balloon dilatation catheter and the degree of blood vessel expansion of patients, so as to select the pressure pump with much pressure. The use of pressure pump must be carried out by trained professional doctors or nursing staff.
