The main working principle of percutaneous renal Expansion Kit is: puncture with a needle at the epidermal puncture point corresponding to the target site under B-ultrasound or X-ray; Pull out the needle core and introduce the special guide wire for percutaneous kidney along the hole. After the guide wire is in place, exit the puncture needle along the guide wire; First, expand the skin tissue to the renal pelvis with the 8F expansion tube along the guide wire. When there is water flowing out of the hole at the tail end of the expansion tube, it is proved that the tip of the expansion tube has reached the hydronephrosis part of the renal pelvis, stop expanding inward, record the length of the expansion tube, pull out the expansion tube, expand it in place from small to large, and finally expand with the expansion sheath; The end of the expansion sheath is expanded in place and retained along the guide wire, the expansion tube and guide wire in the center of the expansion sheath is pulled out to provide a working channel for instruments such as percutaneous nephroscope, and finally, the ureteral stent or indwelling drainage tube may be placed through the expansion sheath. The dilated sheath itself stays in the body for up to 24 hours. The expanding sheath is a tearing sheath, which can facilitate the removal of the expanding sheath after the drainage tube and other objects are retained in the body.
